How do I care for my LS Jewellery?

STORAGE - Store in a clean, dry place. Away from direct sunlight & moisture. (An LS pouch is ideal)

CLEANING - Keep clean by wiping over with mild soap/warm water. Pat dry & polish with LS polish cloth.

AVOID - Avoid harsh chemicals & abrasives. Place jewellery on after perfume & lotions.

WEAR - Wear often to avoid tarnishing (Sterling Silver).

What is included in my order?

LS Faux Leather Pouch with zip

Your jewellery will come in a LS faux leather pouch. This is an ideal spot to keep your jewellery when not wearing, or alternatively a great little pouch to keep things like keys/change/small items on the go. You will receive one pouch per order. If you would like additional, they can be purchased for an extra $5 each.

LS Suede Envelope Pouch

If you have ordered earrings or rings, you will also receive a small LS suede envelope pouch. If additional is required, they can be purchased for an extra $3 each.

LS Jewellery Cleaning Cloth

Each order will also receive 1 LS jewellery cleaning cloth. If additional are required, they can be purchased for an extra $2 each.

How much is postage?

All orders over $100 will be eligible for FREE Express Post. Orders under, will be a flat rate of $10 Express post.

What is the turnaround time from order confirmed to made & posted?

Currently your orders will be made and express posted out within 24-48hrs. If this changes at all, I will update the website & socials.

What is your returns policy?

Each piece of jewellery at LS is made to order. No refunds/returns are excepted. To ensure you receive the correct size, please measure your wrist/finger/neck prior to ordering to ensure right fit is purchased.

If you have received a damaged/wrong item, please contact me directly to rectify.

What happens if my jewellery string snaps?

Please contact me directly & I will re-string, with a $5 fee + postage costs.

Bracelets & Rings are made with strong stretch cord, & I combine that with a 'pre stretch' method when constructing, to ensure that breakage is near impossible.

Stretch Jewellery is best preserved by rolling on & off.

How do i measure my wrist?

Take a flexible measuring tape or a piece of string.
Wrap it snugly around your wrist, just below the wrist bone.
Make sure it's not too tight or too loose.
Mark the point where the tape or string meets.
Lay the tape or string flat and measure the length in centimetres with ruler/tape measure.
This measurement is your wrist size for bracelets.

(If you prefer a looser fit, you can add a bit of extra room to your measurement.)

*Letter beads are prone to fading. Avoid contact with chemicals to prolong.

CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES WHILE WEARING BEADED JEWELLERY. In the unlikely event the stretch cords breaks, the beads are a choking hazard. Not recommended for young children.
